The former Baywatch babe — who was granted a marriage licence in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon to wed lover Rick Salomon — has been photographed with what appears to be a baby bump and sources say she is expecting her third child. One source told a magazine: “She definitely looks like she’s got a bit of a bump. And this wouldn’t be the first time Pam has rushed off to get married because there’s a baby coming.” When Pamela married second husband Kid Rock in July 2006, she was rumoured to be pregnant. However, the pair insisted the baby — which Pamela later miscarried — was conceived after they wed.

Inter-religious marriages are still not tolerated

Rizwanur Rehman’s charming smile refuses to fade from people’s memory. After his body was found on September 21 on train tracks in the heart of Kolkata, there have been numerous candlelight vigils, angry protests and demonstrations demanding the truth about his death. While his family suspects that Rizwanur was murdered, the police commissioner shrugged away his death as a “simple case of suicide” even before the post-mortem was complete.

Whatever the truth, Rizwanur’s tragic
death, the trauma of his wife Priyanka and brutal interference by the police reflects the daily struggle of lovers who defy tradition and resist authority to marry persons of their choice.
